y’all ready for this?!?!?!?!  a crazy cool toronto engagement session with the super amazing chris & dan!!!  sooooo rediculously cute & in love.  that’s a recipe for some great shots.  these guys wanted to do their engagement photos in toronto with a cool downtown city look. being a photography studio in oakville, we jumped at the chance to take photos in the “big city”.  so off we went  jumping all over the place snapping photos and hanging out with awesome clients (that we are lucky enough to also call friends).  we met these two at kim and jamie’s wedding here in oakville. the rest is history, we totally love these guys.

there are some really classy restaurants and bars in the trendy king street area.  all kinds of designs & architecture to work with.

dan was “putting out the vibe”! did all you “dumb and dumber” fans get that?  that movie happens to be one of our all time favorites and dan totally rocked it! aren’t these guys the best?  come on you have a smile on your face right now don’t you? i loooove this next one.  sometimes, if you can catch it, the sun bounces off glass windows and creates this type of effect. it has a sultry mood and the lighting is great eh? if they ever make a record, this should be the cover. adorable. isn’t being engaged the best thing ever? the world is your oyster. we just purchased a brand new nikon f/2.8 14-24 mm lens and we’re loving it… the image quality is unbeatable!  one of the best things about this lens is that it has minimal barrel distortion. this photo was taken in their condo.  some of the new condos going up in toronto are sick for shooting! they always have something interesting, a focal point or big tall art or something. back outside and right there was an old british bus.  yeah, random. ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!  isn’t this the best ever?!?!?!?! christine was pulled off the marilyn monroe look! there is a really cool archectetural sidewalk by the queens quay (downtown toronto by the water).  the area has got such a romantic ambiance.  during these shoots it is wonderful when everyone is so relaxed and enjoying being together and embracing the experience.  it’s not stressful at all, we totally just have fun and i think it shows in the photos yes? poochie saying hello…

well that wraps up another engagement session! we totally love shooting our toronto weddings but i gotta tell ya – i can not wait to be up north in the muskokas for chris & dan’s wedding.  the fresh air, tall trees, beautiful lakes.  ahhhhh,it’s going to be a beautiful wedding at the  windemere house.  can’t wait!!!
