i am sitting in a coffee shop today, working on a project and beautiful sunshine is keeping me warm & cozy as i sip my once a week indulgence, vanilla bean latte. it is bitter cold outside and it has been what seemed like the longest winter ever. i am sooooo ready for spring (which brings summer that much closer).  

as i was searching through my hard drive, i found our family photo session from the past summer.  ahhh, i felt happy instantly.  people sitting the next table over probably think i am a crazy lady but these photos make me want to laugh outloud, cry, hug my kids and hug silvana, our wonderful friend who took these priceless images.

silvana owns impulse photography, is an amazing artist and seriously one of the sweetest, most caring people we have ever known.  her passion for people and photographs is beyond what you expect and the world recognized this when she was published in rangefinder magazine a few months back. exciting huh? she is pretty much super awesome.

anyway, as i stray from my project at hand, and browse through our wonderful photos, i hope you will enjoy photos of our quirky little family.
